Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this period, the order will already be in processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.

However, you may return the item after receiving it for a refund.


Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

If you received an item that is:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

  • missing

Please contact us immediately with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the product

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time:

  • 7–10 business days (depending on your bank or card provider)


Customs & Duties

Velmoraa is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
